Born and raised in the swamps of south Louisiana, Brian moved to Texas and started fishing Lake Fork in 1986 becoming a full time guide. At an early age while growing up in the Achafalaya basin he learned about fish and fish habits. While being a commercial fisherman he learned a lot about fish movements and how to read the water without the use of a map. Recently TPW did a documentary of the life of a fishing guide featuring Brian.

Brian has clients from all over the World, many who have fished with him for years. While fishing 300 days a year, Brian has put numerous clients on trophy bass.
